At OascBke™, we want every baker to shop with confidence. This policy explains how eligible returns and approved refunds are handled for qualifying orders.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging. All return requests should include proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific restrictions.

How to Return an Item
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our support team will provide detailed instructions for returning your item.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or an error caused by our team.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return results from a mistake on OascBke™’s part.
